How to Register a Presentation Title
Abstract submissions are accepted online. Please register using the button at the bottom of this page.
Abstract instructions and requirements
| Language: | English |
| haracter limit: | Up to 3,400 characters, including spaces. This excludes authors’ names, affiliations are excluded. |
| Structure: | Use a structured format with introduction, methods, results, and conclusion sections. Review carefully for typos, misspellings, and errors before submission. |
| Co-authors: | You may list up to 15 co-authors per abstract. |
| Case reports: | Case reports that present novel hypotheses, pathologies, treatments, or ethical issues are welcome. |
Important Notes
The system is expected to be extremely busy just before the application deadline, so please register early.
To modify your registration details, you will need your registration number and the password you used when registering.

This will be a poster presentation.

Recommended Environment
The abstract submission system has been tested for compatibility with Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version), and Microsoft Edge (latest version). Please refrain from using any other browsers.
Confirm and Edit Registered Abstracts
During the registration period, you can view and edit your submitted abstracts via the “Confirmation/Edit Screen” below.
To access the edit screen, you will need the “Abstract Submission Number” issued upon completion of registration and the “Password” you entered during registration.
Please note that for security reasons, we cannot assist with password recovery requests under any circumstances.
Regarding Abstracts Acceptance and Selection
Notifications regarding abstract acceptance and rejection will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
Additional Notes Regarding Input
Please ensure that the email address you register is one where we can reliably contact you (mobile phone email addresses are not recommended). If you do not automatically receive an email after completing your abstract submission, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please check it again via the “Confirmation/Edit Screen.” If your email address is incorrect, you may not receive important communications or notification of acceptance/rejection.
