Guidelines for Session Chairs and Presenters

Symposium Speakers

1) Presentation Method

  • Please bring your presentation data to the PC registration desk at least one hour before your presentation for verification.
  • Presentation data must be created using Windows MS PowerPoint and brought on a USB flash drive or similar storage device. Macintosh users must bring their own laptop. When bringing your laptop, you must also bring the AC adapter, an HDMI conversion connector, and backup data (bringing data is acceptable if there are no issues like garbled text).
  • The projector resolution is single-screen projection.
  • Videos are permitted, but you must also bring the source data and verify its functionality at the PC registration desk. Video files must be prepared in mp4 format.
  • If bringing your own PC, disable the screensaver and power-saving mode settings beforehand.
  • Once the previous presenter takes the stage, please wait at the next presenter's seat.

2) Regarding Presentation Times

Presentation times are as follows:

  • Symposium: Presentation 18 minutes, Q&A 5 minutes
    A yellow light will indicate 1 minute remaining before the presentation ends, and a red light will indicate the end of the presentation. The Q&A session will then begin with an up-count timer.
    Please strictly adhere to the presentation and Q&A times to ensure smooth proceedings.

Chairpersons

1) Please be seated in the next-to-chairperson seat in the front row of the venue at least 10 minutes before the session begins.

2) A yellow light will illuminate 1 minute before your presentation ends, and a red light will illuminate when your presentation ends.

3) Please strictly adhere to your presentation and Q&A time limits to ensure smooth proceedings.


Dear Poster Presenters

1) Poster Size

The panel size is 210 cm (height) × 90 cm (width), but the effective display space is 160 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).
Additionally, a 20 cm (height) × 20 cm (width) poster for the presentation number will be displayed in the upper left corner of the panel.


2) Poster Display

All posters must be affixed to the panels between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM on Friday, March 27.
Your presentation number will be pre-posted in the upper left corner of the panel.
Please confirm your number before affixing your poster.
You are responsible for preparing the presentation title, affiliation, and presenter name to be displayed alongside the presentation number.
Push pins for attaching posters to the panels will be provided at the venue.


3) Presentation Times

Poster Presentation Times: 12:40 PM - 1:40 PM
Each presentation is scheduled for 8 minutes, followed by 4 minutes for questions.


4) Removal

Please remove posters between 1:40 PM and 4:30 PM on Friday, March 27.
Please note that posters not collected by the end of the above time period will be disposed of by the Secretariat.
